Instructor George Crook

George began meditating and practicing mindfulness in 1988 to help overcome workplace stress, poor relationships, and addictive behaviors. Mindfulness helped me develop skills and change my lifestyle in a way that made me happier, more content, and more productive -- which motivated me to teach mindfulness to others.

Ku De Ta Mindfulness Is the regenesis of Curatio Mindfulness Project, which was launched in 2010. Here is the story behind this regenesis and new name.
